If you want to order from us please email us first, email@example.com and tell us what you want and where to send it. We need to know your zip code or country location to determine shipping costs.
We will write back to confirm your order and the shipping cost. We ship by US Postal Service. We prefer priority mail, and use the flat rate box or envelope when possible for both US and overseas. We will combine shipping if you order more than one tarot deck for example, if it all fits in the flat rate container. Delivery confirmation (tracking) is included on all US orders. Insurance is extra and based on the amount insured for, so ask about that. For overseas orders insurance and tracking is only available with the Express Mail service, and it is quite expensive. For smaller items sometimes first class mail is the best option for overseas.
Your payment secures your order. Paypal is the only way we can accept payments for overseas orders. Log on directly to their site, our id is the same as our email, firstname.lastname@example.org Go to the send money tab at the top of the page there. They explain how to send a payment to our account. It is easy. The name appearing on our account is Dirk Gillabel.
If you are not familiar with Paypal, email us and ask to email you a Paypal invoice.
We also accept personal checks or money orders, but for USA only. Let us know if you want to do this. They must be written out to Dirk Gillabel or Carol Herzer or Gillabel-Herzer.
Most orders will ship right away after payment is received, except custom made tarot decks.
