Pink Moon is one of the Wild Magic series of decks. All are derived from the original version Illuminated Tarot, and the inversions deck made from that called Inner Truth. These decks are places to go, realities,  worlds to enter and live in. It's all about consciousness and energy.

All of the decks I make are individually hand made. There are some that are one of a kind, and others that I can make copies, however there often are differences and I might edit and change things from time to time. It is my creative process, The only way I can have this level of creative freedom to develop the vision and magic is to do it on a small scale. There only ever will be a few decks of any version made. Plus I am winding down, and at some point it all will end, as I am presently 81, writing this in 2026, just before the “Pink Moon' full moon on the 1^st of April.

I have printed a few large size with borders and titles, and extra extra large borderless. Those really big XX large ones I also have subtitled “Big Pink” .

The root source of this, the Original Version Illuminated Tarot was created in 1988-9. Over the years I have been exploring alterations of that deck, and have made many other “versions” with added painting by hand into prints from the deck. The version called Inner Truth was done differently, it is a direct photo negative inversion of the original Illuminated. It is amazing, so unexpected, and striking and has gotten a lot of great responses. I thought to go further, and started digitally altering the inverted images. But it all went further than that. I have developed another way of painting with this process, I made prints and painted into them directly with paintbrush to go even further. Then I went back to the digital files with these.

The very first Wild Magic decks were medium size, and I only made two or three and they were sold. I edited further and made a few more larger decks which also were sold. As time went by I generated a vast file of images to select from. In the fall of 2024 I was so inspired by the fall colors that I created a Wild Magic for it, called Wild Golden Dreams. After doing that I wanted to do something in pinks, but the printing was not looking like what was on the screen. Eventually I found out that I needed to edit in the print spectrum of colors, CMYK. What I was looking at on the screen up the then was displayed as RGB, red green blue, these are light colors and it does not print the same. Print colors are CMYK. cyan, magenta, yellow and black. I now was able to correct the images for printing. I worked and worked and finally got the pinks where I wanted them. This also pertained to purples, and the Deep Purple Dreams Wild Magic, which has also been amended for printing.
