A young oak tree was growing in the garden. I had planted an acorn and it was a couple of years old when I cut it and made some tools from the stem. One piece of the stem I cut into 22 slices and painted the Oak Tarot on them. It is one of my tarot decks painted purely by intuition. Of course I had to keep it simple because of the limited surface (2", or 5 cm, in diameter).
