Here are general instructions if you want to have magnets made from your designs. If you have questions please contact Carol and Dirk at 845-679-5436 or email us at suncreations@earthlink.net .
The sizes of our magnets are:
2 3/8" wide with max. height of 4".
2 11/16" wide with a max. height of 3 1/2"
All we need is a good quality digital file. Digital files can be sent by email or on a CD by postal mail. Size of the file should be between 300 kb and 1 mb. We use Photoshop, so please use a file format that can be used with this program. Included are jpg, bmp, psd, and tiff. We will resize the image to the requested size of the magnet. Or, send us a copy of the image you want to make into a magnet. It can be in the form of a photograph, a printed card or postcard.
Please understand that slight color shifts may result, due to the formats submitted. We do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality. To be sure you are satisfied with the results we will send you a sample of our print results for pre-approval.
You have the option of a custom sticker label on the back to your specifications. All magnets are packaged in a clear plastic baggie for protection.
The minimum order amount is 50 magnets per design.
We require written notice, by phone fax before production has begun if you wish to cancel an order. Actual labor, material costs and shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.
Payment is made by check, to Sun Creations. First time orders have to pay in advance.
Your magnets will be shipped by USPS.
If you are a New York State Registered Vendor with a valid Certificate of Authority kindly fill out an ST-120 Form (Resale Certificate) and mail or email it to us. Upon receipt of your Certificate we will adjust your total to reflect your tax exempt status. If you plan on purchasing from us regularly it is recommended that you make the Certificate a "Blanket Certificate." This is the preferable way as a "Single Certificate" will only be valid for one purchase.
