7. There Were Giants in the Earth in Those Days
Humanity, or Homo sapiens was created by the Builders to be in their likeness. The Builders, who came to Earth, used the present evolving life forms to create a new type of intelligent being, Homo sapiens, from already existing animal life forms. Norman Paulsen does not mention from what creatures, but it is obvious that man was created out of the ape species, that is the gorilla types. All Homo species were evolving gorilla types, and probably genetically altered by certain ETs, to produce different species capable of self-consciousness. Homo erectus is considered the oldest hominid dates from 2 to 1 million years ago. Other hominids appeared and disappeared since then. They all appeared in the fossil record as if they suddenly came into existence without any natural evolution. The Neanderthal man is the latest of the intelligent gorilla species who achieved a level of culture. There is another species still living, with sub groups, in remote, difficult to access areas, that people call the yeti, snowman, Bigfoot etc. Homo sapiens is very different from all these hominids, as the hominids are all gorilla types, and human DNA is different. One or more of these hominid types was used to genetically create a totally new species on this planet. Homo sapiens was also endowed with self-consciousness and the sense that their being is rooted in the Divine.
So here we have Homo sapiens, what we call modern man, who was created some 200,000 or more years ago. He is created in the image of the Builders, he is intelligent, self-conscious, and is living a live in accordance with the laws of the Divine. But then the negative Builders discover this planet, the so-called Fallen Angels, an here starts the misery. Not only did they turn this planet in a battleground but they also corrupted humanity in such a profound way, and even today, humanity has become so destructive that it is a hair away from total annihilation. Humanity has become not only stuck between two warring ET factions, but has become themselves messed up. How did this all happen?
Well, it all has to do with the giants that roamed the earth. Giants? Isn't that just fairy-tales, or mythological beings? Wherever you go on this planet there are tales of giants. These are not just tales. Over the past centuries there has been many skeletons unearthed, all over the globe, of very large and very small size. For all we know they were of human beings who once lived on this earth, and not that long ago, because these skeletons were not fossilized. These finds have been well documented in newspapers and books of the time, and other written records. Strangely enough they tend to disappear after a while. It seems someone doesn't like us to know, or at least not have the physical proof, that these other-size human races once existed. Maybe it is just that there is still a terrible fear in people's unconsciousness for these once existing beings. Also, some of the bones crumbled when they were taken out of the earth, or their graves, suggesting them to be of very old age.
I grew up in Belgium which has a rich folklore of giants. They weren't always nice. The famous city of Antwerp (in Dutch Antwerpen) derives its name from a giant that once lived at the mouth of the river the Schelde. According to a legend, a terrible giant, called Druoon Antigoon, lived on the banks of the river Schelde in ancient times. Whenever sailors on the Schelde river refused to pay toll to the giant, he punished them by cutting off their hand and throw it in the river. A Roman soldier, Silvius Brabo, managed to kill the giant. Brabo cut off the hand of the giant and threw the hand away in the river. Hence, according to the legend, the name of the city : hand (Engl.: hand) -werpen (Engl.: to throw).
Singular giants seem to have been present in history not that long ago. Probably they were the result of an DNA code that turned dominant in a person. A DNA code that came from a race of giants that once was present all over the planet in more ancient times. But how did this all come about? And what does this have to do with the fall of humanity?
There are websites which have collected many stories of the discoveries of large skeletons. If you want details, a very goof website is Genesis and Giants by Steve Quayle, who did a through study the presence of giants in history . In this article we are more interested in the origin of it all. Giants are not the figment of imagination. They were real physical beings, other than humans, and they were present all over the planet.
According to ancient text, giants were human-like beings, that is, they looked just like humans, but they were of a different race. They were not of the Homo sapiens species. They were from 8 to 12 feet tall, had strong thick bones, and heavy muscles. Although some of them turned out to be benevolent, most were aggressive, technologically sophisticated, warlike, wicked, and lived from plundering and murdering the Homo sapiens beings. They kept human beings as slaves, for producing work and as food, but they also ate humans as they were often cannibalistic.
As the giants were not of the human race, where did they come from? The ancient texts, like the Bible, tell us of a time when divine beings came down to earth and, tempted by the beauty of human women, took wives from among them and produced offspring that grew to be gigantic in stature. These fallen angels, led by the demons Semjaza and Azazel, divided up Earth amongst themselves, a rule that continues to this day.
These giants were really tall beings, who caused a lot of destruction, as that was the purpose of the fallen Builders. They wanted to wipe out the creation of Homo sapiens by the spiritual Builders. Homo sapiens had a genetic code that allowed them to live peacefully, in harmony with their environment, and according to the divine laws. That was the so-called paradise they were living in. With the appearance of the giants, not only did they cause a lot of destruction, but they started intermarrying Homo sapiens, creating hybrid beings, less tall, but still taller than humans, but more important, the gene pole, or DNA, of the human beings , which had been pure up to that moment, now became contaminated with DNA from the giants. Recently science has discovered that character traits are linked to DNA. In this light, mankind, or Homo sapiens, started to show character traits similar to the giants, that is egotism, living for one's own pleasure, aggressiveness, and all the negative behavior that is connected to it. Giants were so aggressive that they often killed each other, sometimes even to the point of self-annihilation. They were also described as wasting resources, consuming mass quantities and giving no thought to conservation of resources to enable their continued usage.
The struggle between the spiritual Builders and the fallen Builders has lasted for many millennia, with several creations of giants at different time periods, with repeated destruction of civilizations, and the destruction of the giants by the spiritual Builders, usually by means of natural cataclysms. The war between these two groups is not over yet, and when you look around in today's world, you can see we are in the middle of another devastating wave of destruction. There is apparently also another underlying battle going on between the two factions of the fallen Builders, under their leaders Semjaza and Azazel. It appears they have divided the world into two sections, but each party wants the have the whole world under its reign.
In the book of Enoch there is the following passage: "Then said the Most High, the Holy and Great One spoke, and sent Uriel to the son of Lamech, and said to him: Go to Noah and tell him in my name "Hide thyself!" and reveal to him the end that is approaching: that the whole earth will be destroyed, and a deluge is about to come upon the whole earth, and will destroy all that is on it. And now instruct him that he may escape and his seed may be preserved for all the generations of the world. And again the Lord said to Raphael: Bind Azazel hand and foot, and cast him into the darkness: and make an opening in the desert, which is in Dudael, and cast him therein. And place upon him rough and jagged rocks, and cover him with darkness, and let him abide there for ever, and cover his face that he may not see light. And on the day of the great judgment he shall be cast into the fire. And heal the earth which the angels have corrupted, and proclaim the healing of the earth, that they may heal the plague, and that all the children of men may not perish through all the secret things that the Watchers have disclosed and have taught their sons. And the whole earth has been corrupted through the works that were taught by Azazel: to him ascribe all sin. And to Gabriel said the Lord: Proceed against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the children of fornication: and destroy [the children of fornication and] the children of the Watchers from amongst men [and cause them to go forth]: send them one against the other that they may destroy each other in battle."
"The Watchers" (or Grigori) were those beings who had been directed by God to oversee God's creation, but had instead meddled with it so as to turn it to their own advantage, thus becoming rebel, or "fallen" angels. Along with Azazel fell another powerful angel, "Semjaza", with whom it appears he shared the rule, at least, to a certain extent. Doug Elwell, the author of "Giants in the Earth" (a well research article about giants, both from ancient texts and from archeological finds) locates the place of Dudael, which is enigmatic to Biblical scholars, as Mount Elbruz, as the twin-peaked mountain located in the Caucasus. Doug Elwell shows that from this region, repeatedly, destructive forces swept over the earth. It is too much to go into this here, so I advise you to read his article.
By the way, as the result of interbreeding with humans, along with other genes, the DNA code responsible for their large size found its way into the human DNA. Once in a while this becomes dominant, giving birth to a human who will also grow to giant size. No, this is not the result of a pituitary gland disease. We are talking here about healthy people. Actually I should say the size of the hybrid giant race, as the pictures of recent tall people are usually over just over 8' tall, while the original giants were between 10 and 12 feet tall.
