3. Earth Connected to the Cosmic Web
We have seen that after planet Earth was formed, intelligent beings from other planets in the universe, together with other beings residing in the spiritual planes, set up an extensive energy grid around the planet, programming it with specific energies that would allow for the development of intelligent and conscious life forms on the planet. This also entails that these intelligent beings have been keeping a watchful eye on the development of this planet and its inhabitants, and are still working on their overall plan.
There is more. In that energy grid certain points, corresponding with physical places on the material level, were set up that connect directly to certain places in the universe and their inhabitants. Portals, that connect immediately to other planets, stars, solar systems. Travel between these points is instantaneously when the frequency of matter is raised to the state of the non-local space-time continuum. It means that when the frequency of matter is raised to the frequency of light, and even higher, the resistance of space disappears, and velocity becomes so tremendously high that travel in the universe is almost instantaneous.
Richard Leviton does not touch on this scientific concept but he does talk about the portals. The portals are energy enclosures, resembling half-globes, having the appearance of domes. Originally the major domes measured 33 miles in diameter (although at present a little smaller), the smaller dome caps from 1 1/2 to 9 miles. These energy domes were originally created by the presence of spherical spaceships. "The domes are light impressions, radiating and vibrating at various wavelengths reciprocally all over the planet. Sound is an aspect of the reciprocal vibration and wavelength of the type of light that the domes are. They made the etheric structure of the Earth what it is by imposing a conscious matrix upon the planet to make it a place for possible human or conscious-being evolution. They were used to create a Paradise on Earth. After the domes departed, they left impressions on the Earth's surface, an oscillating pattern which will persist until the Earth ceases to exist or until they are reaffirmed by another dome visit."
Up to now they came three times. The first time there were no humans on the planet. The second time there was primitive life. In the third time there were humans who could see them clearly and interact with the visitors.
All the domes are connected to each other by energy lines in the Earth's grid. The domes correspond to and represent the 1,746 bright stars in our galaxy, those most relevant to our style of human conscious evolution here on this planet. Domes impart the experiential essence of a particular star. When one interacts with the energy of a dome, one can also interact with the energy of the corresponding star.
It gets even more interesting when he starts talking about stargates. A stargate is an energy feature in the landscape that is a means of physically and almost instantaneously moving from a point on Earth to a specific star or constellation. "They are like doorways to access the energetic phenomena of these star systems. There are stargates for individual stars (1,080) and for constellations (2.2 million), with some duplication. In the case of the star stargates, you "go" to the named star in each star system, or presumably a planet or system within its sphere of influence; with the constellation stargates, you go to the umbilicus star in each star system, the star from which the collective energy field of the constellation was birthed."
The idea that one can travel instantaneously from earth to another star or planet is of course, difficult to accept. Richard Leviton says that the ability to travel this way is gained by degree. The body and the psyche needs to gradually acclimate itself to this kind of transportation. If one is not able to physically go through a stargate, one can always come into contact directly with the energies and beings of the star/planet, or go their in spirit.
From the point of view of humans, it might not be easy to access and use these stargates. But extraterrestrials know how to use them very well. To give an example, here is Leviton's account of one of the ufo hotspots on earth: The Hudson River Valley in New York state, more precisely the Pine Bush area: "Seen from overhead, it is like a huge spherical greenhouse of clear glass panes, about one-quarter mile in diameter. It is filled with light; it radiates light like a city of crystal sparkling in the midday sunlight, except the light originates in this crystalline cluster. Among other functions, this crystalline cluster or city is a spaceport; extraterrestrials and highly subtler ships are continuously coming and going from it, seemingly in a parallel dimension to ours, for most are not physically visible. A small number, perhaps ten percent, phase-shift into and out of our seeable dimension." In those subtle, etheric cities or centers, the extraterrestrials connected with these centers carry out their own specific actions, experiments, and creations, all on the subtle, unseen level, for earthly or cosmic purposes.
