In our Health section you can find some information about keeping yourself healthy. In this Healing Tools page we want to show you some additional tools we are using, and of which we are very happy about their effects. It is important to understand that health is not only about the physical well-being of the body. We are multidimensional beings, and thus we need to take into account other layers of reality both inside and outside ourselves. Maybe the term holistic is more appropriate, because you have to consider yourself as a whole of many different energies, bodies, layers and so on. When one element is out of order it will affect all the other elements to some degree.
We have been using the Ultimate Zapper now for some years. As soon as we feel the onset of a cold or other ailment we use the zapper to kill the microbes...and they drop dead on the spot. I used to get a sore throat every winter (several times a winter). This would last for about two weeks, going from my throat to my nose and to my lungs. When using the Ultimate Zapper immediately it would last only three days maximum. What a difference. As the zapper can also be placed on any part of the body, we use it on those areas where we feel discomfort, including the face. It is safe to use it on the face as long as one electrode is held in one hand and the other on the face. After using the zapper on our cheeks, to kill any microbes in the mouth, the gums and teeth, we went to the dentist again for a checkup. Although we didn't mention the zapper, the dentist was surprised that we have so little plaque on our teeth. And we don't have cavities.
There are other smaller zappers available. All of them are intended to kill microbes in the blood stream, as the electricity passes through the veins between the electrodes. The Ultimate Zapper however is a much better improved version, and in my opinion more effective. It also has a deeper penetration. It is also more versatile. This is a 50 minute shamanic healing session with Tibetan singing bowls, divided in two tracks. Many people play the singing bowls for their physical sounds, but I have perceived over the many years that the singing bowls work directly on the energetic levels of both people and the environment. I have removed one persons headache of many years just by playing my best singing bowl around her head. When doing group sessions people always reported various effects, from physical tension relief to spiritual experiences. The effects are different from one person to another, but they are always positive. One sensitive person noted that energy in the room where had played the singing bowls the day before, had dramatically improved.
My Soul Sounds CD is a typical session I would do for a group of people. At the start I would clear my mind of all personal feelings or thoughts, and let healing energy come and let flow into the room for healing.

Carol got involved in the singing bowls too. She not only plays them, but sings with the bowls. She started out with traditional mantras, but soon started writing her own words in English. With her own recording equipment she has made available high quality tracks. Now she also added the ethereal sounds of autoharps. She removes the chord bars from the harps and tunes them to match with her singing bowls.
Her audio-visual tracks are also healing tools. Since posting them on YouTube she has gotten a lot of wonderful responses. She makes custom CDs on which she assembles a variety of her sound tracks. One of her CDs is now being played in an Intensive Care Unit in a Texas hospital because the head of the ICU was struck by the calming effect of music!

Healing with light colors seems too simple to be true. Nevertheless it has been proven to be very effective. This article goes into the work of Dinshah Ghadiali, who developed a particular color therapy which which he was very successful in healing, and curing various diseases and ailment...in the first half of the 1900's, before it got squashed by the medical authorities.
